Wedding Signage

The art of a warm welcome

Custom Wedding Signage in Bergen County, New Jersey

A welcome sign is the first thing your guests see when they arrive, and it quietly tells them what kind of evening awaits. We design wedding signage in our Waldwick studio with the same care we give paper, from the entrance to the bar to the tables, so each piece feels considered, cohesive and entirely yours.

What we make

Every sign, designed to match

Tulle fabric welcome signs laced with trim

From $250

Our signature piece. Soft tulle, laced with trim and lettered to match your stationery, made in whatever size your entrance calls for. It hangs from an easel, a ribbon or a floral arch. Prefer linen? Our linen welcome signs are $250 as well.

Bar signs

$50 to $200

From a petite signature drink sign to a full bar menu, priced by size and detail. Tulle fabric bar signs laced with trim begin at $75.

Seating charts

Around $300

A tulle fabric seating chart laced with trim is around $300. Acrylic, mirror and printed seating charts are quoted by size and guest count.

Table numbers and bar accents

Acrylic table numbers on clear stands in tortoiseshell, black or gold mirror, along with engraved cocktail signs.

Ceremony and directional signs

Unplugged-ceremony signs, order-of-events boards, guest-book signs and a graceful arrow or two pointing the way to the party.

Questions, answered

How much does a custom wedding welcome sign cost?

A tulle fabric welcome sign laced with trim is $250, as is a linen welcome sign. Bar signs range from $50 to $200 depending on size and detail, and seating charts are quoted by size and guest count.

When should I order wedding signage?

As soon as your date and venue are set. Final wording and guest lists come together four to six weeks before the wedding, and your signage arrives one to two weeks before the big day.

Do you deliver and set up?

We deliver and pick up throughout Bergen and Passaic County and ship everywhere else. Delivery, setup and pickup at the venue can be added to any order.

Can my signage match my invitations?

Of course. If we designed your suite, your signage can carry the same lettering and palette. If someone else did, send us a photo or the files and we will design around them.

Do you make signs for showers and rehearsal dinners?

Absolutely. Take a look at showers and celebrations.

Can I order a sign without a consultation?

Yes. Several of our signs, including the tulle fabric welcome sign laced with trim, are available in our Etsy shop.

Every sign, one proposal

Share your venue, your date and the pieces you have in mind, and we will gather all of it into a single proposal.
